1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns for the card game under the following conditions:
You may return the card game within 30 days of placing your order.
The product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, components, and inserts intact.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way may be returned but at our discretion and may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used card games.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Gift cards or downloadable content.
Items outside of the 30 day window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization with instructions on how to send back the product.
Package the product: Please securely package the game in its original packaging. Ensure it is properly protected to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the product Back: Once you've received the return authorization, ship the card game back to us using a tracked shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned card game and confirm it is in eligible condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days. Please note:
The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any return shipping fees incurred will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If the card game is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately using the following form HERE. We will cover the return shipping costs and either send you a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
7. Lost or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure the shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. If you have any concerns, please contact the carrier directly.
8. International Returns
For customers outside of the United Kingdom, international returns are accepted, but please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Any customs duties or import taxes incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer.
