We ship all products to the United States of America and the United Kingdom. The cost of shipping to the United States of America is $40 and the cost of shipping in the UK is £9.99. If we do not currently ship to your country but you are willing to pay additional charges for shipping please contact us and we will see if we can work with you to get the product of your choice.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel any order before your product has been shipped. Please contact us regarding your cancellation and our team will help you.

Damaged/ missing goods

If you receive an order from us that has arrived damaged please contact us with the following:

• Images of the damaged or missing goods (including packaging)

• Proof of your purchase (your receipt)

Our team will then work with you to get you a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Wheres my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within a timely manner please check the order tracking. If your order has been lost or doesn’t show signs of being shipped please reach out to us and we will do what we can.

I’ve lost some of the heart tokens!

If you have lost or damaged any of your heart tokens please contact us, we would be more than happy to send you replacements. Our advisors will let you know what the cost of shipping and parts are.
